Super slick and useful for signing…
Super slick and useful for signing PDFs. We are a small consultancy that works in a sensitive space with lots of NDAs and Contracts to sign. SignNow works great - lots of nice features.

The ease of use is very much…
The ease of use is very much appreciated. Even as someone who isn’t tech-savvy, I was able to figure things out in no time. I’ve been using this app to sign my lease and manage invoices. It’s convenient that it mirrors your docs from pc on mobile (it has a browser version too). My only issue is that sometimes opening files takes a bit longer than expected, but overall, it’s a smooth and convenient experience.

Exactly what I needed & The free trial is really free
Their free trial is exactly as it says it is-free. You can upload a document, very easily drag and drop if you want a signature, date, etc throughout your document. It sends it to all recipients and gives you a final copy. If I ever need to make files to be signed often I would come to SignNow to purchase a subscription! They even auto-generate a sort of CRM for you and organize tasks for yourself and others to do and has an inbox feature which I am not sure how it works but seems like it ...

Rug pulled after 2 years...
Rug pulled after 2 years... We have been a customer for 2 years and all of a sudden, they changed their pricing structure to 'benefit' their clients. 30x price increase for us with no advance warning. Support not able to help. Great, an integral part of our process, which we decided to trust and rely on, just became my least favorite company. Nice one!

Ok service, big data privacy concerns
The company services are ok, although somewhat pricey. One star because they don't let you delete your credit card info unless you close your account. I barely think that is legal. Response to reply: I have paid for a full year in advance. There is no need for you to store my cc in the meanwhile. It is my data and I want it deleted while keeping the product. This is NOT common practice.
