"Signifyd has helped us big time!"
What do you like best? Before we had Signifyd we would turn away certain sales based on how many chargebacks we received. Negative AVS results and at one point we stopped taking AMEX. Mathematically, we are ahead because it is very rare that a sale doesn't go through and we have very few chargebacks now.

What do you like best about Signifyd? Signifyd reviews orders extremely quickly. 99% of the time, we receive results for an order within one minute of the order being placed. This is great! On the few times we have received chargebacks for approved orders, we have received the refund from Signifyd within a couple business days. When they have questions, they write to us and are very easy to work with.
