Useful Tool
Really great platform - straight forward and easy to use. Could benefit from improvements allowing amendments to be made later in the process of creating envelopes (adding or removing files and being able to remove parties). Has improved our processes and enabled us to go paper free.

Easy to use
Easy to use . The only problem appears to be an inability to amend the paperwork once it has been produced. For example if a date change is required

Great service
Great service. If I add 1 recipient, if I click next and then realise I forgot to click the + button to add a second recipient I cannot go back. I must delete the envelope to try again. Maybe I just didnt see the button, but it was not clear. Otherwise the service was flawless.
