What do you like best about Sift? All needed information on a person is found on their profile: picture, name, title, company, phone number(s), email, etc. I think it would be nice to add a birthday (optional field) so you can see when your fellow team members' birthdays are.

What do you like best about Sift? I like the layout of the site, it's easy to use and not hard to get the hang of. I also like the fact you can add details and photos as to who you are and what your interests are as well, which helps to get to know the people you work with a bit better.
