An exceptional platform - intuitive, robust and flexible

What do you like best? It is cross-platform, highliy flexible in terms of structure and file type support. Optimisation of media files is good, ensuring consistent playback across all devices the field sales team uses. Support is fantastic. What do you dislike? Very minor bugs - however support is very quick to resolve them. Recommendations to others considering the product: The platform is robust. What do you like best? Putting the customer at the centre of everything that they do seems to be the main ethos of Showpad. I have been working with them for about 4 years now and the innovative, startup spirit still remains. The focus on intuitive navigation and user interface, combined with the analytics and CRM integration makes Showpad Content an invaluable sales tool for our organisation. Easy to use, flexible & efficient

What do you like best? The fluid nature of being able to upload and share content either via my sales team, or my full retail network. The tracking features offer great insight to usage and engagement. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are little issues uploading content to channels What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simply having a digital presenter my sales team can use which can be amended anytime.
