What do you like best? Channels assigned to user groups. Tracking functionalitz. What do you dislike? Reports and having clear KPIs could be improved. Also sharing of best practices is missing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keep track of what actually happens after sending content to customer and then tailor communication based on it.

What do you like best? The platform is easy to work with. It provides you with a medium to profesionally share your sales presentations - internally and externally. What do you dislike? There is a considerable size limit for sales to upload their own presentations. Audio and video cannot be incorporated into an existing powerpoint presentation.
