Easy to Use and Constantly Improving
What do you like best? I can put the latest content into the hands of our sales people, all they have to do is click refresh. Smart folders make content management very easy. It's great for me to track how content is used and for our sales people to track customer interactions with content and proposals. What do you like best? Showpad Content is easy to create and place on the platform for viewing for customer-facing content! What do you dislike? There isn't anything I don't like about Showpad Content! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Prospects and customers are able to effectively and efficiently learn about our product when they can see and hear about it from our sales reps.

What do you like best? I love being able to embed Showpad content within emails and to track the recipients interaction with the information. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What I like most able Showpad is that it allows marketing to quickly get the latest and most up-to-date revisions to the sales team. This is a huge when in staying compliant and also arming our sales reps with best marketing assets. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The search capability function is heavily utilized as well as the keyword tagging. We also value the highlighted announcements that can alert our network of users when new collateral is posted.
