Poor UI and awful search

What do you like best? Shared Spaces interface is okay, and the content viewer for shared links is okay as well. What do you dislike? The UI is difficult to use, and not intuitive. The search is really difficult if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. You also can't see the breakdown of the consumption of what pages people are viewing and for how long. What do you like best? If I had to name one feature; "Collection Insights" Concretely lead to more success in sales conversations and deals. That knowledge leads to our salespeople asking the right questions and doing the right things at the right time.
