Best in the biz
What do you like best? Showpad content is extremely user intuitive and easy to use. It's the BEST sales enablement tool in the business. Not only is the front end great for all types of sales folks - but the administrative back end is also a piece of cake and has so much to offer! Great Platform, support is weak.
What do you like best? Easy to manage admin functions. Easy for the user as long as you've trained them a bit. What do you dislike? Support is weak. No one to call, I have to wait for the american support team to email belgium and then back. Very frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to find info for the sales team. It's all there for them and we can control the narrative.

Great Content Management System for B2B
What do you like best? The entire Showpad team on our account has been great to work with. From implementation in Sep 2019 to now, we get a lot of attention and help whenever we need it. Huge value in us attending the Showpad enablement conference as well. The UI and UX is great for a tool in this category and was easy for me (someone with limited graphic design abilities) to customize. What do you like best? Showpad provides a stable and user-friendly platform. What do you dislike? It is difficult to reach Showpad by phone when there are issues. Recommendations to others considering the product: Showpad is a delight to work with. I have evaluated other tools but this was by far best in class. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Showpad to distribute the content of our education programmes to our particpants.

What do you like best? My sales organization is thrilled about having all relevant content in one place to access, edit and share. It is not only easy to create and customize, it's easy for them to use. After a single internal demonstration, the majority of our sales team was up and running to access the content. Showpad is the gold standard for LMS/CMS needs
What do you like best? The content management side of Showpad (which was their bread and butter before acquiring LearnCore, which serves as the learning platform) is perhaps their strong suit. Sleek, UI, mobile friendly, good integrations with Gmail and Outlook allow the system to be readily available for sellers at the point of need. The gmail integrations allow sales reps to track how their prospects engaged with assets, which is immensely valuable for tracking how warm a lead is. ...
