It’s nearly impossible to find the right document that you’re looking for with the search bar. What benefits have you realized? The ability to have the most current content in one location. The analytics are also very helpful to discover the most popular pieces of content.

What do you like best? The ability to integrate training, coaching, and content into one platform is very helpful. Sellers need fewer screens, not more. What do you dislike? Without proper maintenance, it can become a messy, albeit much more attractive, version of Google Drive. The integration with SFDC could be improved as well.
