Showpad falls short compared to other tools
What do you like best? Showpad was solid when it came to housing content and being able to group that content in the right spots. What do you dislike? It’s nearly impossible to find the right document that you’re looking for with the search bar. Whatever algorithm they use to populate search results is in need of a massive overhaul because it will bring up very antiquated pieces of content. That makes using the tool very inefficient and drove myself and many others on my team to ...

A tool for sales and marketing which gives sales always access to latest marketing content
What do you like best? The best of Showpad is that changes which are made on uploaded content is immediate available and with a simple refresh visible to all content users. Everybody across your company is aware of latest novelties. What do you dislike? If you are new to Showpad, plan properly upfront and think about a roadmap of what you plan to achieve and do - Showpad is more than a database, do not try to do this on your own and there is the dislike - make sure you have enought ...

Recommendations to others considering the product: Overall it is a good platform to quickly share content with a team. So far the only drawback is the lack to track ...

Great vision, beautiful platform
What do you like best? The ability to integrate training, coaching, and content into one platform is very helpful. Sellers need fewer screens, not more. What do you dislike? Without proper maintenance, it can become a messy, albeit much more attractive, version of Google Drive. The integration with SFDC could be improved as well. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would make sure you have at least a line of sight on an organizational structure for your content ...

Solid digital briefcase for sellers!
What do you like best? Aside from the fact that the platform covers 80% of our needs for sellers, I love interacting with the support team. They're exceptionally available and detail-oriented. I'm based in Montreal and I get responses to my questions from the US, France, Belgium, etc. So, there's always someone able to get back to me. Time zones do not exist it seems like. Additionally, we got lucky to have Christelle Marle as our customer success manager. What do you dislike? We're ...

Valuable insights for our sales process.
What do you like best? Being able to see when people look at our content and how long they viewed items. What do you dislike? Some of the integrations could work a little smoother. For example, the Outlook integration works good as logn as you aren't using certain Experiences. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to map out how you want the experiences to flow. Having a good plan for the design will help in getting the content up and running. Make ...
