What do you like best? Showpad has all the relevant and latest content I can share with my customers. The interface is so easy to send content or download content for my customers. I also like that Showpad can be accessed using a smartphone. You also have the option of downloading the content and emailing to customers who are concerned with clicking on links from an email. What do you like best? quickly locate internal resources to share them, clean layout and accessible through SSO. What do you dislike? wish there was more guidance on where to find certain things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems really. It's nice to have everything in one spot when looking for certain resources or decks.

Great tool to share files, especially when selling remotely.

What do you like best? When selling remotely during the Covid pandemic this tool really helps you gauge the interest of the customer. What do you dislike? Some of the navigation can be clunky but it is not bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It lets me see what my customers are looking at once I have shared a file or link.

I believe the strongest point for showpad is the ability to report in detail about what the customer is really interested in once you let them explore the catalog of products and services you offer, allowing you to call them at the exact same moment they're reviewing your brochures and quotations. What do you like best? The content is absolutely SUPERB! sell sheets, videos, info-graphics. there is something for every type of customer that will register to them how said product will benefit them. What do you dislike? the user interface upfront is a bit clunky but once you break into your actual content and self made folders it gets much better. What do you like best? When I send content to clients, Showpad gives me information on how and when the shared content is accessed. These reports are invaluable for sales follow-up. Showpad will email me updates as the clients access and download the content, so I know it's time to reach out. The Outlook integration makes sending content while replying to emails very easy.
