What do you like best? It is easy to navigate and access various marketing materials. What do you dislike? Nothing - this is very easy to use and I can always access anything I need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy access to marketing materials. The ability to share with customers easily is a huge benefit!

What do you like best? The easyest to search documentsand the possibility to track sent information. What do you dislike? sometimes it's a little slow and the follow up of e-mails doesn't work propertly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to share documents and information fast and keep track of it.

What do you like best? The ability to easily send content that does not need to be downloaded to an email file as well as seeing the action of who is checking out what content is invaluable. What do you dislike? It would be a great feature to allow for pictures within email content. This would help improve the user experience. What do you like best? It is easy to find content, add my own content, and then create shared spaces for colleagues and customers. I can opt to see when an invited person has visited the space and the documents that they viewed. Users can also easily add comments. The learning curve was not steep. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Being able to monitor email views and edit content. What do you dislike? It does get glitchy sometimes and I'm not sure if it's when trying to communicate with Salesforce or what but it's a pain sometimes trying to send out content.
