Easy to use app to find and share content and track usage

What do you like best? It is easy to find content, add my own content, and then create shared spaces for colleagues and customers. I can opt to see when an invited person has visited the space and the documents that they viewed. Users can also easily add comments. The learning curve was not steep. What do you dislike? It does get glitchy sometimes and I'm not sure if it's when trying to communicate with Salesforce or what but it's a pain sometimes trying to send out content.
