What do you like best? In my opinion, Showpad is fantastic, we use it to free up our email file size when sharing videos and other graphic files. The insight from Showpad is second to none and keeps us focused on creating new conversation opportunities with our clients and prospects. What do you like best? Knowing when customers have viewed or shared content and how often. What do you dislike? The inability to attach other documents not contained in Showpad. I have to send a Showpad email and business email to customers vs. one email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customers can view content wo having to access blocked sites like YouTube or other. Customers can access content and I an notified when they do.
