What do you like best? The access to all documents related to funds and the asset management company What do you dislike? The inability to download several documents at the same time. What do you like best? Understand what does the customer do when received the documents, if they share, download how much time they spend in each document, that give me insights on what they care the most. On the other side it help us to centralize all the documents. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Never took the time to invest in learning the platform. Got excited about platform, ease of creating collections, quick demo presentations, and instant feed back. The entire format is very professional and well received by clients. What do you dislike? Not a lot of dislikes. User-friendly platform for informing customers with a range of media
What do you like best? The layout or the media is easily altered according to what priority you would like the material in. The personalisation features - e.g. adding their company logo - makes the platform look exclusive to the customer in question. What do you dislike? Great Content Sharing Tool
What do you like best? Easy to use - especially duplicating already assembled groups of content; Very Professional looking; Track client views; Maintain control of where the content goes. What do you dislike? The pre-setup process - customers need to be registered - makes sense - but would be nice to have a validated link that did not require them to finish the reg process - I find some folks won't do that. What do you like best? In my particular case, the vast amount of content that you have at hand at any given moment is very helpful. In every conversation with a client I know I have good content on every subject that we can talk about. This enables me to find new opportunities and give the necessary information to clients. Easily share material with Showpad
What do you like best? I love being able to download certain pieces of a presentation to either share or present. It makes it easy to include additional info in an email or share only parts of a presentation that are most relevant to that specific customer. What do you dislike?
