Powers Up Sales Training

What do you like best? The platform is built for use as a content repository - but what I love is the machine learning behind it - our users get recommended curated content based on their previous searches. Also the historical searches helps to simplify key and frequently queued up documents. Our team uses Showpad to not only find our internal and external files, but shares them to their customers with various sharing methods (email, link, collections, shared space) which allows multiple ...

All info at one place

What do you like best? The access to all documents related to funds and the asset management company What do you dislike? The inability to download several documents at the same time. One must click separately to download them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can easily share the link with my colleagues

Sales Engineering Review

What do you like best? Understand what does the customer do when received the documents, if they share, download how much time they spend in each document, that give me insights on what they care the most. On the other side it help us to centralize all the documents. What do you dislike? Time that takes to create a copy link to be associated to specific customer, we need to review SFDC, if the contact is not in there generate so it takes a lot. Recommendations to others considering ...

New Believer

What do you like best? Never took the time to invest in learning the platform. Got excited about platform, ease of creating collections, quick demo presentations, and instant feed back. The entire format is very professional and well received by clients. What do you dislike? Not a lot of dislikes. Have not taken the time to learn on mobile device - but that is more about me than the platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: internal master training is key. ...

User-friendly platform for informing customers with a range of media

What do you like best? The layout or the media is easily altered according to what priority you would like the material in. The personalisation features - e.g. adding their company logo - makes the platform look exclusive to the customer in question. What do you dislike? We cannot re-send invites if some time has passed without acceptance. I think I have to make a new invite. The fastest way to import documents, media or presentations into a shared space or collection is to locate ...

Great Content Sharing Tool

What do you like best? Easy to use - especially duplicating already assembled groups of content; Very Professional looking; Track client views; Maintain control of where the content goes. What do you dislike? The pre-setup process - customers need to be registered - makes sense - but would be nice to have a validated link that did not require them to finish the reg process - I find some folks won't do that. Recommendations to others considering the product: Review workflow for ...

What benefits have you realized? Organization and user experience. The added benefit of knowing who has viewed my content and the details that come along with it is fantastic. It’s a clean and professional platform that allows me to keep my clients engaged.

A handy tool

What do you like best? In my particular case, the vast amount of content that you have at hand at any given moment is very helpful. In every conversation with a client I know I have good content on every subject that we can talk about. This enables me to find new opportunities and give the necessary information to clients. If you know which content is available and you know how to show it quickly, then you will always be prepared for any situation at hand. Something else that is ...

Easily share material with Showpad

What do you like best? I love being able to download certain pieces of a presentation to either share or present. It makes it easy to include additional info in an email or share only parts of a presentation that are most relevant to that specific customer. What do you dislike? The locations of where someone opens an attachment are often way off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If I'm sending a bulk email, I can select parts of a ...
