Robust content management platform

What do you like best? Naturally, with a CMP you want an easy-to-access centralized repository of all your various bits of content, marketing, sales materials. The feature that I utilize quite a bit is the Shared Spaces.. allows for a quick and easy creation of a prospect/customer portal where I can easily curate which bits of content that I want to make available. I use Showpad every day; it demands no effort but you get valuable info out of it

Knowing what my customers are reading from the emails I send to them, when they've read it, which pages they are interested in, is it worth to send so much info,... all this info without any effort. What do you like best? Easy to navigate the site and find information that my admins upload. What do you dislike? There isnt really anything that I dislike.
