What do you like best? Love the ability to see customer activity on specific shared content. The first thing I do before sending email is setup a customer shared space for each new major opportunity. It helps to be able to see if and when a customer is engaged. This helps to not have to pester the customer with questions like "did you get my email?".. .or "Did you review the document I sent you?"... or "Did you share the slides with others in your organization?, if so, who?". very easy and intuitive

What do you like best? The interface and simple functionality. I like that I can store and curate so many different files and presentations for easy retrieval.
