Valuable tool for consumer interaction

What do you like best? I like that I can see how my client interacted with what I sent to them via showpad. I can see if they opened specific documents that I sent them and how long they spent viewing. If I attached a video I can also see if they watched it and if they watched it all the way through. I also like that I can send a powerpoint and see exactly how much time they spend on each slide. This is valuable because I can see if they spent a lot of time on the proposal page. Another ...

Showpad allows me to focus on what matters, get more work done, and do better work.

What do you like best? The ability to find needed tools and materials with ease. My organization has changed the flow several times to meet the needs of the sales staff as things change. That flexibility is great. The search feature is fantastic as I can quickly find what I need. The updates when someone views your presentation What do you dislike? cannot see the documents sent so cannot check the details thay have seen What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The content, ability to see customer viewing your email. What do you dislike? It does great. Maybe better notifications if you are sending the same email content to multiple people. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great service and product. Helps with sales and customers. What do you like best? Being able to create specific content for a client. What do you dislike? Not being able to see what you wrote in the email in full. Not being able to copy an email.
