"The BEST in the industry"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? First of all, SM's customer service is top tier. You just don't get this level of support with other softwares. Their support team is easily accessible via chat. They also have a system where shops can submit and vote on feature requests. Bugs get fixed pretty fast. "Upgraded customer experience"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? One of the best things about Shop Monkey is the auto appointment texts and reminders. Then at service appointment being able to text with customers, send photos,etc really help make the entire customer experience better. Plus it frees up alot of time for us as a business when it comes to phone calls. Alot of people prefer texting and being able to talk to multiple customers easily has really been a gamechanger for us.
