Probably then worst experience of our lives to deal with this system. Salesman are liars and it doesn’t do half they stuff they say. Then they shut us off in the middle of the sales day because they didn’t support what we were selling!!!!! Total discrimination! After they knew what company we were. They Waited for us to buy their stuff then shut our system down in the middle of the day. Costing us business. After we put in over 100 hours installing our inventory. They will hear from Our lawyers.

Dissatisfied and robbed

Dissatisfied! We had to reduce our service due to Covid and now that we’re trying to get back up, ShopKeep is telling us we don’t have access to our web store through BigCommerce anymore. Tons of work and lots of information sitting in our web store and ShopKeep will not release it to us claiming that the data is not there (untrue, it would just take a message from SK to release it!). Customer care is not helpful and only tries to sell us other services. We were not even notified that they ...

Used to be good, but not anymore.

WARNING: AVOID!!! Have been using ShopKeep for 4+ years, and while it was pretty good at the start, the quality has dropped completely in the past year. Almost have a feeling that the founders and employees are all done with the company. I will be too, very soon.

Easy to use POS system for any employee, customer service is beyond fantastic. I would certainly recommend this company.

Buyer beware

Buyer bewareThey sold me a system that is not functioning bc their credit card processor denied my application but no one can tell me why. Now, they want me to purchase another CC processing system, even though I'm over $400 invested in their equipment. Despite being told that I'm not under contract, now I'm being told there is an early cancellation fee for cancelling this system that DOES NOT WORK. STAY AWAY FROM SHOPKEEP

Shopkeep is absolutely horrible

Shopkeep is absolutely horrible. Since day 1 we have had nothing but issues. "Customer Care" calls are a joke. Nothing gets resolved. We have been open for about 4 months now, and we still do not have all of our POS hardware. We went to return items that we didn't need and they said we could return them. We did exactly what the representative said to do on the phone for shipping. When it got to Shopkeeps facility they said they couldn't take it back because there were some scratches on the ...

Love this App

Love this App and the service has always been great. You are able to speak to a real person, no matter what time of day. So you will never have to worry if you are having any type of technical issue. Great for any small business.
