Do not fall for their sales pitch
Do not fall for their sales pitch. Their reporting is very archaic and non-userfriendly. We purchased their POS in order to support having the same inventory both in-store and online. They have had a bug that "the developers are working on a fix" for over 6 months. Inventory is not staying synced between the in-store system and the online. Almost every online order has an issue with unavailable inventory. Their "temporary" fix is for the business to go in and manually adjust inventory on ...

STAY AWAY FROM SHOPKEEP…
I have been in retail for over 45 years and I have NEVER had service like at Shop keep ..Stay away ..do not fall for the sell ..I purchased the laptop stand as told by the salesman for my generation 7 iPad. I purchased the other necessary items for the POS .Everything was delivered .I checked that everything was intact but we did not set up equipment as we were still in construction stage .6 months later due to unforeseen circumstances we are ready to set up system in preparation for ...

They Robbed Me During a Pandemic
To anyone questioning whether or not to use ShopKeep, I encourage you against it. Here's why (LONG POST):Back in November, when we were beginning to set everything up for Bermuda, we began looking into whether we should use ShopKeep or Touch Bistro. Borderline Criminal
These guys will do everything in their power to overbill you. Then they have the most painful customer service ever that makes you wait weeks for a call back to speak withba supervisor, after lower level employees are instructed not to issue credits. Stay far away!

Perfect system for a bakery
Perfect system for a bakery. You don't need a download to QB as you can post 1 journal entry at the end of the month. All the reports are there for you to export to excel. We have had no problems in the past 3 years.

Shop Keep answered my previous review promising that someone would contact me. Hasn't happened yet. We receive an email stating they are working to resolve the issue, but will not respond when I ask for a refund of the fees I have paid and not received any service for. They are clearing in breach of contract. They offer no resolution time and are essentially impossible to get in touch with. Shopkeep errors and lack of performance has delayed opening a store by 24 days and counting. Waste ...

Probably then worst experience of our lives to deal with this system. Salesman are liars and it doesn’t do half they stuff they say. Then they shut us off in the middle of the sales day because they didn’t support what we were selling!!!!! Total discrimination! After they knew what company we were. They Waited for us to buy their stuff then shut our system down in the middle of the day. Costing us business. After we put in over 100 hours installing our inventory. They will hear from Our lawyers.
