Shop Keep is the worst

Shop Keep is the worst! They never deposit the correct amount in your account. When their system goes down, they keep you on hold for hours. They make you communicate with a by computer and do not address your needs, plus they charge you the incorrect amount on your monthly bill. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!

Customer service is non-existent here

Customer service is non-existent here. Please hold for a minimum of 15 minutes while we prompt you through 10 different departments to connect you to someone that has no power to do anything besides hang up on you. Their Credit Card hardware is ancient and literally breaks after the 1 year warranty. Ended up using Square POS for my other business and had lightning fast CC Processing. Im trying to transfer my stuff over to a new Square POS, but, its near impossible. $85.00 a month PER ...

Watch your wallet

There is a gap between the sales reps and what the system is capable of. I found out AFTER signing the contract that we had to to CC processing through them to get the promo discount on hardware. We ate that cost. We also found out two months later that they charge a $20 a month fee to integrate outside cc processing (again, no word from our sales rep William). I tried to use the platform for about 2…

I tried to use the platform for about 2 weeks, and found it much more difficult to manage, and less perks than Square. Inventory management is a nightmare, I work off an Ipad, but have to use a laptop to track inventory. There are certain numbers that wont work with the barcode reader, so many of my items that come with a code had to be crossed over. I returned all my hardware and 6 weeks later I still haven't received a refund. Now I am stuck with a yearly contract of a product I cannot use.

Worst support center ever! Impossible to do warranty claims!

Although square charges way more their customer support was always quick! And their hardware wasn’t way over priced. I’ve had nonstop issues with my card reader and have called multiple times to resolve it have just been not been given any solutions even though the product is still under warranty! Still no luck and I’m under contract so am stuck with them at the moment.

Shopkeep is Excellent for my small business.

Shopkeep has just been so excellent for my business. We now are able to control our inventory and it works for our online store too.I think everyone should try shopkeep. They will be very surprised how easy it is to use and how the reports help you understand how your business is operating daily.

Shopkeep is a total POS

Revised Review: Shopkeep is a very solid POS system. The inventory system works well with our hundreds of different items. The front end is very easy to use and looks good. Their invoicing is strange and requires double entry. There are lots of quirks, but the POS is solid.The downside is that their regular tech support is beyond useless. They will lie to you. Some of the worst customer service

Some of the worst customer service. This company never takes responsibility for there terrible POS System, It does a terrible job at keep track of inventory. Does not load all the sales data after you cash a customer out, crashes when trying to return something for a customer, and so much more. DO NOT USE SHOPKEEP!!!

OSFA little in the way of customization

They don't have a tutorial mode so to really train your employees you have to wait for real live customers. You cannot adjust font size on receipts so your cooks have to wear bi-focals to read an order. They claim their tech team is working on things but in reality it is probably just 1 person. Like all people that offer POS software its Sales 1st, Compliance 2nd, and customer service 3rd. Imagine if us small business owners put customer service in 3rd place?
