Very bad tech support

I paid up front for the year. Every time I call tech support I am on hold for over an hour or more and the tech support doesn't seem like they know how to use the system. If I don't get help soon I will not renew next year. Location Code: 944 979

Bad ending to a long relationship

Very disappointed with our end (or hopefully end) to our long standing relationship with ShopKeep. Every step has been painful for us, with multiple promises, with little or no delivery. Clearly the most painful, time consuming process I have experienced in the selling of the business. It was hopefully capped off with a 30 plus minute wait for the next available person after an estimated 1 minute wait time. ShopKeep is easy to use, it's iPad-based, we love the 24/7 support, and it's obvious that they work really hard to roll out regular improvements.

Horrible Business Practices - Do Not Use!!

Like thousands of others , I lost my business due to the Covid pandemic. In the midst of shutting down , I forgot to call and cancel my shopkeep service - By a couple of days. These rotten folks would not budge from their policy and proceeded to bill me for another month of service. No compassion whatsoever.

Going with Shopkeep was the best move I could make for a POS system! The POS part is so easy to use, and the fact that it comes with and syncs with a webstore has really opened up more sales for us. The customer support has been excellent. We love it!

I have used ShopKeep for several years. It has everything to run my business efficiently. All the reports are at your fingertips. It allows you to run your business like a big corporation without the big corporation price.

The worst POS system ever I had

- Love shopkeep ONLY WHEN IT WORKS. After 2 yrs with them, I am really happy to cancel. - Credit transaction voided automatically after sale is completed with no reasons. - Debit pin entry declined. In fact they don't take debit card. They process your debit transaction as a credit card. Confirmed by shopkeep.t.- Be prepared disconnection between clover & Ipad IN FRONT OF YOUR CUSTOMER for at least 3 minutes. This is a well known issue.- Rude customer service.
