What do you like best? Intuitive to navigate, easy to charge credit cards, fix issues with order and close out at end of day. What do you dislike? Could be a little tricky to change between accounts What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was performing sales and returns for small businesses. It streamlined the sale process and made recording profits easier.

This system is a great solution and it will save you a lot of headaches.

What do you like best? It allows us to easily add data and has top notch customer service. What do you dislike? Adding customers to the system is cumbersome. We tried several times before we were successful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows us to have only one employee in the Shop. The system maintains inventory and he can easily report on the financial history of the shop.

What do you like best? ShopKeep is relatively easy to use. Basic operations are easy for most workers to use. What do you dislike? Some of the interfaces are a little difficult for experienced managers to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before ShopKeep, we had been having problems with inventory. These problems are starting to resolve themselves.
