What do you like best? I like that it is fairly easy to use, and also an easier close out at the end of the night What do you dislike? Way too many categories and on our old system we just typed in a number and it was so much quicker What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Way easier to keep track of inventory.

Amazing customer service yet has software issues.

What do you like best? Categorizing items was made easy and it was very user friendly. There support team was always extremely friendly and helpful, and that is what set them apart. What do you dislike? I wish ShopKeep had more user friendly features and the reports at the end of the night where more detailed. Easy to use POS system

What do you like best? Easily programable to encorpoate all products. User friendly. What do you dislike? Have yet to find an element that I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Shopkeep is allowing us to have an easy platform for sales. Product is easy to add. As our inventory grows we have found great use in compatible scanners.

Shopkeep for necessity

What do you like best? The students find it easy to use. Ibfeel it'll work out beat if we also used it for scheduling and as our client database. What do you dislike? It is used as a primary POS system for multiple services

What do you like best? I liked how easy it was to adjust prices on items, and to adjust quantity What do you dislike? I saw no benefits or problems solved with it as I had very little interaction with the app

What do you like best? Shopkeep’s ease of use is something to be praised. Having worked with several iPad compatible POS systems, Shopkeep is easily the most user friendly system I’ve used. Shopkeep lacks ample user settings and the ability to specifically enable or disable a user’s permissions which could lead to abuse by an employee (i.e. a manager’s setting allows a user to edit their timeclock - something no company wants an employee to be able to do What ...

What do you like best? I really enjoy the layout and aesthetic of Shopkeep. And it's very easy to use as well. What do you dislike? There are some features that are not so convenient. Perhaps its just me having a difficult time with this but the gift certificate feature is so ridiculous. Quick and Easy

What do you like best? That it is easy to customize everything about the set up and it is easy to find! What do you dislike? That you have to use another computer customize it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That it is helping people gett more tips. The gratuity is easiet to get too.
