However, what's even more impressive is their customer support team. They've been very hands-on since day 1--good job, team! What aspects are problematic or could work better? I love the phone app!

I love the convenience and the information available to me. The phone app is fantastic because I can see how my business is doing from my phone. Everything I need is completely accessible. The customer support is good and prompt. I have not encountered any issues with this POS system. I recommend this for most businesses use.

We have had trouble with shopkeep from day one. Wish we went witha different POS system. Now they show that we captured a certain amount of credit card transactions but they are paying us for less!? On hold with them now still, we had this issue before without resolution. I think they are stealing sales funds... Not a trustworthy company

Terrible POS system, they loss track of inventory all of the time and customer service is horrific! SCAM!!!!

Nightmare.

We signed on with Shopkeep on Dec 29 because we wanted a system with fewer issues. We were told importing items was a breeze, but it took a ton of work to transition from our other POS system. We launched on Feb 1. We had 2 registers - Clover Go card readers timed out constantly and one of them just died. Stopped turning on all together after only a couple days, and we ended up using our old card reader from our old system. Then the app itself would time out. We got through an entire ...

WARNING: STAY AWAY from SHOPKEEP! ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! Similar to the other review calling it a total nightmare, believe it! And Shopkeep saying it was a rare occurrence, don't believe it! Setting up a contract with them SEEMED easy, OMG....that was the end of easy. The rest was A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! After a month, we still didn't receive our credit card reader.
