We have had issues throughout our entire experience with Shopkeep. We were told by the sales representative that we could seamlessly integrate with our quickbooks online, import inventory with just a few simple steps, create our online e-commerce through Shopkeep in no time, no restrictions compared to our current e-commerce. Hit and miss with customer service!

We have been a customer for over a year. They were very helpful when we purchased the system and the customer service has been hit and miss since. The POS works great for our store, the problem is when we have questions with it or issues. The latest issue, is a customer was double charged and it did not show us that in the transactions. The customer was double charged $129 on 1/23/2020. The ACH Chargeback debited our account on 3/24/2020 for the $129 and again on 3/25/2020. I called ...

you have to set up everything your self…

you have to set up everything your self and if tou have complications you need to call customer support. but they will not come out and help. they can be unresponsive. if you use serveral ipads. you will have a to print out several Z reposts which can be inconvinient if you only have one cash draw. I dont recommend for a food business.

A perfect complement to my business.

Have been using for 5 years or so

Have been using for 5 years or so. I love it. I use another POS for our restaurant and always wish its backend compared to Shopkeep. You can compare different years to date without digging. Rarely, do I have to create my own breakdown outside of the program. Awesome reporting. New website feature is crucial, as inventory management is the main reason I do not have have an online store. Honestly terrible company

Honestly terrible company, The system is horrible DOES NOT even fit on the screen. Customer service is even worse, they only sell you the system and then do not care to help!

This is the worst POS service in the industry. Not only is the customer service THE WORST (ruddying and incompetent), but their interface sucks. Misspelled words, awkwardly worded categories. It's as if whoever designed this, never worked in a store or bar or restaurant. Avoid this garbage company. Use Square instead. They can spell there.

Don't Recommend!

The POS side of ShopKeep has some good features, but lacks some important features. For example, when a customer returns an item the only choice you have is to issue them a credit based on their original payment. My return policy is for a store credit. This is not an option in Shopkeep. My latest experience is with their e-commerce. My items are not syncing from Back Office to e-commerce.
