ShopKeep a success at our Winery and Tasting Room

We use ShopKeep to run our winery and tasting room. The application is easy to use and customize for our business. You have access to all the data so you can do analytics - though the dashboard provided with the tool provides almost all the data at your finger tips. The support has been fantastic too. Highly recommend the tool.

They got me good.

I did some homework online and found shopkeep. It looked and sounded good. After contacting them it sounded great they have some very cunning sales people. My retail location, mobile location, and website would share inventory and communicate and take all the leg work out of it for me. Shopkeep has everything my business needs

Shopkeep has everything my business needs from a POS system and more. The actual POS system is very easy to use with lots of functions, in addition to a robust backoffice. The reason I am now a lifelong fan of Shopkeep is the added features we've been able to use during the pandemic shut down. Specifically the e-commerce site. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how it comes with an app. Backend control is top-notch too. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
