Should’ve read the reviews it cost me $12,200 worst company ever..Well let me start off in March had a customer buy some kennels made several transactions over the phone and would have a brother in law come over and pick up the merchandise. Mine you I have photos to prove and text messages of everything that was bought. I notice a month later shopkeep has pulled out the first chargeback with a inconvenience fee. Shopkeep is in my opinion one of the best POS systems there is. Extremely efficient and easy to use. Love the fact that I can manage/view transactions remotely and provide feedback to staff on stock items and sales at all times. Shopkeep POS System is #1. 1 supervisor in all the company, need 10 days to be able to speak to him!!!!!
Need a 10 days to scheduale a call with a supervisor to investigate something that has been solved already and they just have to issue the refund for the worst experience ever, but i think they do all of that to make the poeple who are leaving them sick.I really wish somebody take them to the court and make them losing a lot of money so he teaches them how to respect people.

Very user friendly
Love that ShopKeep is very user friendly and their customer service staff is always willing to go the extra step to help you. Reporting is also a breeze and my accountant loves the easy access to any and all information needed.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Not only did we have delay after delay on start-up from faulty product to bugs in the system, to people promising us components had been mailed (which had not been), but now that we have been using this product for 6 months, I can't do it anymore. The inventory system is rudimentary at best, and the most difficult thing I have encountered is putting invoices for arriving product into the system. The solution I was looking for.
Very easy to use and integrates well with online store and across platforms. Great reports, easy to categorize inventory. Customer service is amazing and they are great at helping you get started. Every help inquiry I've submitted has been answered quickly and solved my issue the first time.
