Shopify is easy to use but still requires e-commerce knowledge

What do you like best? I like Shopify for the most part, because it is very user-friendly but at the same time they are not trying to do everything for you, which allows for that good old DIY feel that we don't want to lose. The inventory management and reporting keep us organized and on the pulse of our profitability and the availability for add ins and customization makes it user friendly and enhances the customer experience to however we would like it to be.
