What do you like best? I love everything about shopify. I started as a noob dropshipper knowing nothing on how to setup ecommerce sites and everything. Shopify is like plug and play, even offers a 14-day trial on the basic plan with apps enabled. What do you like best? Works very well, easy to use & great for retail! What do you dislike? It does glitch every now and then but other than that its good! Recommendations to others considering the product: Start with this and you wont regret it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? all of them, website & instore work great with each other. We dont have to do count anymore every night before leaving.

Good option but not great

What do you like best? Shopify has a solid UI on the backend. It is easy to setup and provides some solid analytics. The settings for integrations to shipping is pretty solid, and the ability to control shipping zones is a great feature. Their marketplace of 3rd party apps is very robust. What do you like best? The basic functions are all very workable. I am not a web designer and I can do many things by myself. What do you dislike? The support when you need to speak to someone isn't as responsive as it used to be. Getting someone on the phone is barely possible, they offer up online support topics.
