Ease of use
What do you like best? The back end of the website is easy to setup. I like that the system is intuitive. What do you dislike? Shopify can lag a bit sometimes causing issues with check outs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to use a different platform to market and sale my items. It works better than tying PayPal or Venmo to it.

Powerful but also complicated (especially to get up and running)
What do you like best? Shopify does a lot of things very well for B2C companies: you can set up products and inventory, take payments, send order notifications, etc. It has a robust app ecosystem for things that the platform doesn't support: things like CSV exports and syncing with 3rd party inventory systems. The UI is remarkably clean and simple for a product of its age and complexity. What do you dislike? It's very powerful but it's also very complicated. Getting up and running can ...

A platform to build small and big online stores
What do you like best? It offers a large number of features and has good statistics for customer satisfaction. It has a good management system for inventory that helps in better management of the store. Its stores can be sold across many channels like Facebook, eBay, Instagram etc. What do you dislike? Shopify enforces to use its own custom transaction fee unless the user registers on Shopify Payments. During theme switching, the content is not reformatted automatically and needs ...

Review of Shopify as E-commerce tool
What do you like best? Shopify is an all-round tool for anyone who wants to sell or dropship. Shopify can be combined with Oberlo to ease out product posting, price updating, and other essential tasks. Shopify also has all the features to set up customer service for any drop shipper. What do you dislike? There's nothing I found that I dislike with Shopify. Although based on experience, it would be easier if Shopify has a Built-in tool to easily place products from any supplier ...

Great platform
What do you like best? Shopify is extremely user-friendly. Shopify Customer Service team is also great-- any time we are looking for additional features, they recommend fantastic add-ons for us. What do you dislike? Shopify goes down semi frequently, usually not for long periods of time but enough for it to affect productivity when it does. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's the easiest to use, most efficient platform for fulfillment. What problems are ...

Very simple way to start a shop. Fantastic in-built tracking
What do you like best? The built in apps for Facebook pixel tracking & google analytics enhanced e-commerce tracking. What do you dislike? The levels of access seem to be a bit limited. It can be expensive for a start up. They make it very easy to spend extra dollars to make your life easier. You’ll need to work with the liquid theme and their awkward dataLayer. Recommendations to others considering the product: There is a free trial, check it out. Do your research with regards ...
