What do you like best about Shopify? I love how simple it is. I used to work with wordpress and woocommerce, i believe it is good for blogging, but using it for e-commerce is not usable. What do you dislike about Shopify? One minor thing - can integrate recurring payments for one product and "normal" payments for another with a third-party gateway. When issuing a refund, it automatically adds inventory back to stock. The option to not add inventory should be the default. What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to issue return labels and keep everything for a customer in one file. We have often used this for our ticketing portal for some customers/orders.
