What do you like best? The app store and online community is filled with great individuals willing to collaborate together. Totally Intuitive

What do you like best? I love that Shopify is so intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? I dislike that their credit card reader is proprietary and is unable to interface with any other merchant processing gateways. What business problems are you solving with the product?
