Great shop management software
What do you like best? Quick to get ready for action. I had the option to sign in and right away begin entering clients, making solicitations. The web based sign in is a tremendous in addition to as I can take administrative work home and sign in to wrap up RO's. One element I truly appreciate is the capacity to send my clients updates to their RO through email or message and even transfer pictures with the receipt so clients can see precisely what's going on with their vehicle. What do you like best? I like how the software is always being updated. Being able to work remotely is great, plus integration of parts ordering. What do you dislike? Very glitchy and touchy. Sometimes I login and another shop's information shows up, or sometimes client phone numbers do not save, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: Utilize the trial and really use it as your daily invoicing software to determine if it works for you.
