Life is easy if your KAM is Asmita
Needs some improvement and control on courier partners but shiprocket is the best choice for d2c e-commerce players and of course a lot depends on your KAM. I'm lucky to have Asmita as my KAM who has been a saviour

One of the worst shipping company I came across lately. Courier service & customer service both are substandard.I had a call with there guy and he kept insisting me to buy paid plan, he started calling me daily 4-5 times so that he can get commission once I sign up.I took free plan and when he came to know he stopped answering my calls or attending my queries.I tried to add my 1st order for pickup, but there was a technical glitch. shiprocket is gang of fraudsters
I have my medi claim documents in courier and in any case i lost my claim due to their fraud and negligence I will sue shiprocket for my entire claim amount plus harassments to me. People are writing here that shiprocket is fraud company and i am totally agree with them, that shiprocket is gang of fraudsters, they are extorting peoples money and valuable in name of logistics service, may be they are selling them in market and not delivering them. I am using shiprocket from last 1 year and my experience with them is good. Support is very friendly. But there is 1 thing that there delivery is not so good especially with delhivery.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. There's literally nobody to support. Most of the shipments are delayed and they very conveniently change the expected delivery date just before the end so that you can't even escalate the matter. My business is getting hot and I am losing my customers
