The experience with sprocket is very…
The experience with sprocket is very poor, also their customer support is not good at all, they are not so professional in their work, I have select one courier service ( Shadowfax Surface) within their panel, they have deducted the courier amount from my balance amount, but no one is coming up to pick the order, so a loss of revenue. Raised a complaint with customer care, about this but still no resolution.

Shiprocket is unreliable courier company
A very bad experience with shiprocket. It is not reliable company. Even after deducting courier charges Rs.200 nobody came for pickup for 3 days. Because of this my order got cancelled.

Shiprocket is good enough for individuals/businesses and is truly reliable. The variety of plans provides you with an option of choosing the best as per your requirement. It is good enough in all the ways except for the cases of weight discrepancy which could be eventually resolved by a follow up/raising a ticket.
