This is one of the most pathetic service i have used. To be a good service provider, you must have some contact point, some management who listens to issues. You will not find anything here.I sent first parcel and horror story stated. The packet was not delivered by courier (Delhivery, abother pathetic service). I called, Shiprocket told me to send proof. Worst customer service ever!
One of the worst customer service experience ever! If you want to know how you should not run a customer service department, sign up for an account with Shiprocket, while their platform is not that bad, forget the bugs, their customer care is horrendous. Tickets are created by us and they close it without taking action, if you give your number for the team to call you, they will update the pick up point with that number arbitrarily.
