The company is misleading people in…
The company is misleading people in booking shipment with incorrect EDD. I booked a shipment to Delhi and for 5 days there was no update on the shipment post pickup. When followed up multiple times Shiprocket informed me that they cannot do anything about it. Avoid this scandalous and cheat company better to pay little extra for peace of mind.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Nobody contacts back from customer service. I still don’t have my package that was said to have been delivered almost a week ago AND STILL NOBODY has gotten in touch with me regarding my issue.

Shiprocket and its courier partners are thieves.
Be very careful with shiprocket and its courier partners. There is not even an iota of honesty with them. I am a seller if its an RTO then they will steal the product and mark as delivered without returning the product to you. If you raise the issue with customer care, they coolly say that the time is elapsed for any solution to be provided. And even if they fail to deliver the product on time and the customer rejects it, they will charge you with delivery + COD + RTO charges even if the ...
