If she would have not intervened in the issues that i face because of shiprocket delivery partner i would have stopped the service with your company and filed the complaint. But her assurance and the way she is resolving it delights us and gives us to focus more on increasing our work. She has full knowledge of all the plans and thankful for her support and her team. Good Working with Shiprocket and Good rates
Its been a good experience working with Shiprocket and our account manager. We have found them to have very competitive rates with courier partners. Whenever we have faced an issue, our account manager has been very helpful in sorting the issue out.
