Compared to other aggregators that I have used, they are quick to resolve any issues that come up with the delivery partners working with them, My contact Anjali was very useful in expediting any weight discrepancies and other problems. Yashodha is a very helpful girl. If she would have not intervened in the issues that i face because of shiprocket delivery partner i would have stopped the service with your company and filed the complaint. But her assurance and the way she is resolving it delights us and gives us to focus more on increasing our work. She has full knowledge of all the plans and thankful for her support and her team.
