What do you like best about ShipRocket? 1) It can be integrated with any software or ERP with API e.g. Vin Eretail etc 2) Once integrated with software, it automatically fetch best suitable courier for the shipment and assign AWB number automatically. 3) It helps to select best courier for shipment based on destination, weight, dimension etc and reduce transportation cost. The 5 star review is not for shiprocket it is for my key account manager kajal sethi she works on holiday's just for supporting their clients. Always ready to help, never get bored or never give up. She always forward my complaint to the team and the other members respond after 24 to 48 hours. Other team members some time dont read the complainant just close them without knowing the problem is solved or not. Trust me the 24 to 48 hours myth will never make shiprocket best. Take a ...
