Good company with decent support
I see lot of people complaining about the delivery time but don't understand that this is a aggregator and not a courier company itself. Shiprocket can't make sure the delivery time but provides an estimates based on the data from these courier companies. However, they try to support as much when you reach out to the account manager/ support team. I have had good experience with my current account manager Rajesh Rana who is always available to resolve smallest of the issues.
