What do you like best about Shippo? Shippo is one of the easiest shipping platforms to use. I have tried others and they were cumbersome and convoluted. They have great customer support and I use it often. What do you dislike about Shippo? I wish Shippo had more webhook/API integrations with Pabbly and Zapier. What do you like best about Shippo? I like how I can use one login to shop multiple shipping options. What do you dislike about Shippo? Shippo does not allow you to quote palletized freight from common carriers. Customer Support was difficult when I had an issue and needed help. I ended up using another provider. What problems is Shippo solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't think there are solving any problems for me currently. It is hard to contact anyone if needed immediately.

A cheaper alternative

We looked for a cheaper alternative to shipping a large but lightweight box. Shippo was about half the price of the UPS website. Must admit, we were a little skeptical at first, not fully understanding the shipping industry, so we took a chance and are very happy with the outcome. Package arrived on time and our granddaughter is thrilled.

Reduced shipping prices, access to UPS, not just USPS (Etsy only offers USPS), and quicker to use!
