I could not create a return shipping…
I could not create a return shipping label for the same city i am in and customer service took 3 days to respond with no answer and no solution. They even didn't read the question and the issue i am having. Terrible customer service. I will not be using Shippo again.

Shippo advertises low international DHL Rates, BUT.....
Shippo advertises low international DHL rates but then charges you with "Remote Area and Dimensional Surcharges" weeks later. For instance, we sent two shipment to Tasmania at an advertised rate of $100.25 & $39.14. But then two weeks later they charged us an additional $47.92 for a (Remote Area Service and Dimensional Surcharge) for one package and an additional $40.00 for a (Remote Area Service) for the other one. ridiculous questions asked and unable to get contact
What do you like best? starting up requires you to 1) authorize by email then 2) answer 3 questions which they claim is their way to ensure no one is using your business falsely. this makes no sense, usps or other carriers aren't doing it why should you? If our names match on the credit card that has to be in place, why do they need our ID, our business address and details anyway. seems way too invasive, shady and highly inefficient. not to mention you can't get in contact for support by ...

Shippo is a reliable and easy to use third party shipping integrator
What do you like best? We use Shippo within our ERP system to ship via UPS and USPS. It's a seamless integration and we like the functionality Shippo offers. Shippo offers very competitive pricing either on a per label basis or from a monthly subscription model. Even though we use Shippo through our ERP system, we can log into our Shippo account at anytime and lookup all our shipping history/data and change settings and billing information. They have hidden fees
They have hidden fees, charged me 42$ for a regular label, when.I was delivering in same country(Canada) and near my state. I've send similar packages with Amazon, and. paid 5-6$, also with a day ago paid 45$ for a delivery from America(that's justified the price, paid by DHL). So I don't explain how I've paid 42$ just for a label, they don't have a number to call them and they. answer at mails after 3 days. Don't use them if you don't want pay a huge amount for a regular service.

Shippo is easy to use & also provides easy tracking of orders.
What do you like best? Discount on shipping costs. Automatically notify customer with tracking. No monthly fees for basic account. Links to my godaddy account and connects to my orders there. What do you dislike? I’m not necessarily a fan of the fact that they bill weekly. I would rather they take the shipping cost out immediately each time I print a label. What do you like best? Facile à manœuvrer, à comprendre, prenez simplement le temps de lire les plans et la facturation configurez votre compte avec facturation (paypal est une option facile) et si vous n'êtes pas familier avec les transporteurs et les tarifs / services qu'ils offrent , informez-vous. Review of Shippo
What do you like best? I use Shippo almost more than FedEx. I think it's a great way to ship items at a discounted rate. Those prices are superb especially for those just starting a business. I also save a lot of money on colored ink by not printing as many shipping labels. What do you dislike? What could be improved is customer support. Decent but not the best
What do you like best? I liked that it gave customers 24/7 tracking and estimated dates because it saves customers from reaching out and asking for a delivery date. What do you dislike? The pricing is annoying and I think the actual shipping isn’t the greatest because of how confusing it can be for large batches. What problems are you solving with the product?
