Classic Bait and Switch

What do you like best? There is nothing I personally like about Shippo, but if you like terrible service and nonexistent reps, Shippo is for you! What do you dislike? I paid for shipping via Shippo for $5…

I paid for shipping via Shippo for $5 more than I would have paid for a simple Canada Post shipment. By the way, the support service has not yet responded to me. So think twice and check before choosing a shipping discount app.

Customer service to get a hold of them…

Getting a hold of customer service is horrible. They have disabled their call back feature and only leave you with an email option. They are supposed to charge and send you an invoice of your shipping orders but apparently one large order they never paid for and now UPS is coming after us for an unpaid bill and Shippo NEVER told us that they had issues. Instead, we get an irate company rep calling us regarding an unpaid bill that they were supposed to take care of by invoicing us.

Shippo is asking for Photo ID

Shippo is asking for Photo ID. There is no information on their website why they are declining my card. My bank says everything is fine and I see the $1 attempt charges. Customer service says I entered the wrong zip code and now says account is blocked because of verification. Service was working fine before. I could not find any information from the company. Checked BBB and this is a problem with the company. I am not sure what they are planing with customer private information.

Pain in the ass

Pain in the ass. Worst choice Ebay has made. The site will return errors without giving details, then when you want to ship with Canada Post it tells you DHL cannot export the label. 10/10 would kill myself before using again.

contact options are terrible - no chat help for an online service :(

the product is ok, but contact options are terrible. there is no online chat or phone number, if you have an urgent query like your account is on hold due to the stupid credit card renew not working [you get no pre-warning that your credit card is about to expire - just an alert once it is already too late!], you just gotta send an email then sit and wait [24 hours now] while your packages go nowhere :(

This has to be one of the worst products I have ever used. The interface is hard to navigate (when it is actually working correctly), and the customer services is next to non-existent. After using the product for about a month I had my account suddenly deactivated for no reason at all. It took days to finally get a response to my emails with no explanation to what had happened.
