A Great 3PL Provider!

You assigned HE makes all the difference

We have been with Shipmonk for about a year now. Things were a bit rough until we finally got assigned to the best customer support person, Daniel Kelly. He is extremely quick with communication and helpful with all situations. If we were not assigned with Daniel Kelly I don't think we would still be with Shipmonk, he is their MVP!

Excellent professional support!

Onboarding process is not easy at all for the beginners as me. I would not be able to complete the integrations and set the account without the professional help and support of Shipmonk team. Especially I greatly appreciate a very professional, friendly and responsive person Mr. Fernando Acuna. He made me feel super comfortable and happy to be with ShipMonk. He was always there to help! Thank you so much for a such outstanding approach!!!!
