What do you like best about ShipMonk? The customer service is exceptionally attentive. From the moment I began, they provided unparalleled guidance and support. The system is user-friendly, especially once you grasp its logic. Moreover, its integration with Shopify is flawless.

WOW... They made the process easy!
Making the move to partner with a 3PL for our eCommerce site was pretty scary! But Pascalle and the team at Shipmonk have gone over and above in supporting us during the transition. We've been super impressed with their communication and timely responses. We'll definitely be recommending Shipmonk!

WOW... They made the process easy!

Happiness Engineer Sarah Box is Amazing!
Our company has been working with Shipmonk for almost 3 years. I have to say that Sarah Box is exceptional. Sarah is very organized, super punctual, and very effective when it comes to helping us communicate and get tasks done. The main person that keeps from going with another 3PL service is Sarah Box, we look forward to growing our relationship with Shipmonk going forward.

So happy we chose ShipMonk!
After much time and research we couldn't be happier with choosing ShipMonk!!! Their customer service is fantastic and they were so helpful and prompt with help and instructions! Our stores are now linked with their fulfillment center and we can just focus on SALES!!! Thank you ShipMonk!!!
