Good experience with their fulfillment team...

We hired Shipmonk to fulfill orders for our startup business on multiple platforms. We were assigned a designated Happiness Engineer (HE who walked us through an onboarding session to get our team familiarized with the system. Our fulfillment and shipping required custom packing specifications depending on the platform/store orders were processed from and the team was able to work with us on this. Honestly the best e-commerce…

Honestly the best e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment service out there. What makes them really stand out is their excellent customer service. Great delivery time and shipping rates, as well as a variety of options to choose from. Overall, highly satisfied with ShipMonk!

What do you like best? They have very strong systems that work will if you want fulfillment from your website handled. What do you dislike? They are rapidly growing so some systems haven't been figured out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They allow me to outsource items that I'd have had to figure out.

Affordable but high-quality fulfillment service.

We've been using Shipmonk (and their associated Shopify app for more than a year now.The onboarding process is fairly easy and they help you connect your store to their fulfillment center, and map the SKUs to their internal inventory codes. THE WORST

THE WORST. They prepped inventory and sent to amazon. 4 out of 6 were tarnished... we got terrible reviews on our own trustpilot so we're paying it forward.

Was supposed to take stress off of my shoulders...

We do shop updates and during these updates we receive about 1300-2000 orders in a 24-48 hour period. This was way to much work for just me & my husband to handle, yet we handled it.Here I am a full week after the shop update and not a single f-@%%@ order has ACTUALLY shipped! All orders are simply marked as pre transit.Even worse the tracking #s being kicked back into the etsy system are registering as invalid if customers try to track orders externally.But on top of all of this they have ...

Shipmonk is the worst 3PL we have ever…

Shipmonk is the worst 3PL we have ever worked with - and that is not an understatement. They have consistently misshipped to our customers (literally sending products from their other clients to our customer, created excessive delays in shipping, and overbilled us for all of the above. In the process they were negligent in communication and would also never take ownership of the problem and find a solution. The disaster continues.
