At the critical time of year (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, they will only focus on their biggest customers and they will leave you high and dry. We have hundreds of out of stock orders. The new inventory was delivered on Wednesday at lunchtime. It's now 9.30pm on Friday and not only have they not dispatched the orders, but they also haven't even put the stock in the warehouse. $50,000 OF MISSING INVENTORY
One of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I've had the displeasure to work with. Please be aware that they will loose your inventory ($50,000 USD for our company and refer you to their lawyer after weeks of ignoring the issue. Shipmonk is THE WORST part of running a business
We've been using Shipmonk for a year and half now and it has honestly been the most painful part of running a business.
