What do you like best? I like using it to see all client info in one place. I use it regularly for my work. You can see all sorts of information regarding shipping, fulfillment and the like. Shipmonk understands customer needs

Had struggles with many fulfilment partners before. Mistakes happen in fulfilment, but fast and proper communication is key. Shipmonk has proven to be a great partner for us.

Really BAD company

Really BAD company. Stressful and expensive (What 3PL shouldn't be!)

Very rocky start trying to use ShipMonk to fulfill Amazon orders. Very stressful and our seller account was hammered with bad stats for a week on and off. Got through it and was smooth sailing (so we thought until the freight charges started getting "adjusted" by the shipping companies. Turns out what ShipMonk call 0.9 lb is actually 1.05 lb so our freight rates effectively doubled which destroyed our margins. Great 3PL service

Incredible experience working with Shipmonk. I have worked with a few 3PLs for my business and this has been the smoothest operation I have encountered. They receive product well, notify when in stock, the dashboard is very communicative and connects well with my store. Overall, I would recommend them to all of my fellow eComm businesses.

In the beginning we had some hiccups and then things improved as we moved along. They have been quick to create solutions for problems that we have encountered.
