Shipmonk is SCAM - BEWARE
Shipmonk is SCAM - they have stolen several high value watches that were into their inventory and never issued any refund. Besides of that after 6 month of non-using their service because of this problem they have made an UNAUTHORIZED charge to my credit card for $2.000 usd and not issued any credit - had to call to my bank to make a chargeback. They are scammers!

Easy setup, great customer service!
Easy setup, great customer service! We used Shipmonk for our crowdfund fulfillment and are now using them for our retail and wholesale orders. Integration with Shopify has been seamless. You can tell they are investing in adding more tools as well. Would definitely recommend.

Really great customer service
Went to ShipMonk from a recommendation of a good friend. I think the prices are quite reasonable and every person I've talked to there has always been really nice and willing to help.

What do you like best? The system was easy to set up and customer support was always friendly and willing to help. They can package with customizable packaging and pick fee goes down with more orders you do monthly. What do you dislike? Pick fee and shipping cost makes it hard for to profit on low cost items ($10 or less. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Good software and ease of use. Straight forward. What do you dislike? Hard to do a subscription model because theres a lot of costs Recommendations to others considering the product: Figure out prices before hand What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No ware house, no shipping team!

I had the worst experience fulfilling my small business orders with shipmonk. Internally, we started calling them shitmonk because they were absolutely useless. Not only were we being charged obscenely for storage and shipping rates, but dropping off and picking up our product was an absolute disaster. I've talked to many 3PL's across the country and ShipMonk is one of the best i've seen! Their technology platform is top-notch; I especially love the fact that there is an embedded shipping calculator, so you can play with so many scenarios and get pricing. Oh, and their shipping rates are heavily discounted which opens the door for global sales. Highly recommend ShipMonk for all of your storage and fulfillment needs.
